  • Provides a resolution with energy, comedy, and compelling on-screen action.

Integration of Conventions & Technologies:

  • Mid-shot with transitions to alternating close-ups and wide angles with humor and linear story-telling.

  • Concluding with a strong close-up of the product and supporting voiceover.

Strengths & Areas for Improvement:

  • Strengths: Captivating story with a beginning, middle, and end along with relatable humor, engaging on-screen personalities, and striking support of the product's value through its traits.

  • Improvements: Higher quality voice overs (VO) and cinematography.

 Post-Production - Film Opener                                                                               Filming Process       For the film opener, the set days to film were Feb. 1 st  and Feb 3 rd . My group  ended up needing to film both days since we ran out of time on the  1 st . Film Opening Pitch   Film Title & Genre   “Kiss,  Marry ,  KILL” -   “ Kiss” and “Marry” would be in cursive and a pink or red font while “ KILL ” would be bold  in black.   Horror and mystery   Horror/Mystery  - These genres focus on creating suspense and fear by discovering dark  secrets,  strange events, and hidden truths  that   keep the audience attentive and curious.       Log Line   The main character is Julie, a t eenage girl who is attending her friend’s  party.  She and her friends are just trying to have a fun time, when all of sudden, something goes incredibly wrong.  The tone of the film will be  suspenseful, tense, and a hint of a comedy.       Opening Description   The setting  will be at Summer’s house since she is hosting a party fo r her friends to attend.
